The Nerdery has offices in Minneapolis and Chicago where about 400 self-proclaimed nerds/web professionals partner with creative minds and big thinkers to envision and execute their interactive projects, including websites, mobile apps and social media. During the first five years of The Nerdery Overnight Website Challenge, volunteers have freely given more than $2 million in professional web development services to 86 nonprofits. In 2010 and 2011, The Nerdery ranked #1 on the Best to Work list published by Mpls-St. Paul Business Journal. The Nerdery was honored in 2010 with The Quality of Life Award and The Jefferson Award for its record of corporate philanthropy through The Nerdery Overnight Website Challenge. In addition to Biz Journal’s Fast 50 list, The Nerdery has made the Inc 5000 list of fast-growing privately owned companies for five consecutive years.Visit The Nerdery's website

Peace Coffee's mission is to make exceptional-tasting, organic fair-trade coffee that sustains the livelihoods of the people who grow, roast, and sell it; preserves and protects the environment that produces it; and delights the taste buds of those who drink it. We believe in supporting the communities that support us. We trade fairly, pay small-scale farmers industry-leading prices, and pay our staff a living wage. Peace Coffee was founded as a project of the Institute for Agriculture and Trade Policy and a portion of our profits support their programs fostering sustainable food, farm, and trade systems. We believe in minimizing our impact on the planet. We buy only organic coffee and we place a high value on our producer-partners’ land stewardship. In our own operations, we strive to be as efficient and earth-friendly as possible.Visit Peace Coffee's website
The Nerdery Foundation seeks likeminded companies to join The Nerdery as sponsors in the spirit of giving back and helping worthy nonprofits. While all web professional involved are donating their time and talent to nonprofits, event organizers seek sponsorship support to cover the costs of hosting such a lengthy lock-in. We also seek in-kind donations of food and prizes for participants.
Sponsors will receive recognition in press releases, marketing materials, event website, and shout-outs (and tweets) at the event. Sponsors are also welcome to have a presence during the event experience and toss something in the gift-bags for those participating.
